Junior CI DevOps Engineer - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Develop and maintain CI machinery tools, including creating and configuring Jenkins jobs, pipelines, and new repositories. Troubleshoot faults in the Radio CI environment and support software developers with installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks. Manage repositories using GIT and Gerrit while leveraging Bash, Python, and Linux skills to ensure efficient software delivery. This role sits within a multicultural CI/Maintenance support team in the telecommunications sector, focusing on tool development and innovation. You will gain exposure to the full software life cycle and the CI/DevOps methodology. Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with Bash and Python scripting
- Practical experience with Full stack (Frontend/Backend)
- Experience with React
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Object-Oriented Programming in Python
- Practical experience in working with Linux OS
- Good knowledge of GIT and Gerrit
- Practical experience with SCM systems like GIT/SVN
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Artifactory, Gerrit)
- Experience in investigation and debugging of faults
- Understanding of containerization and virtualization
- Flexible and responsible personality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Very good communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of agile processes and practices
- Experience with REST API implementation
- Basic knowledge of mobile network systems (5G)
- Experience with Jira
