Job Summary
Junior Cash Trader for Sugar leads the delivery against annual targets for sugar sales volume, pricing, and profitability, collaborating with the trading team to develop sourcing strategies from millers, refineries, and middlemen, and driving sales to middlemen and end users nationwide. The role supports daily trading strategies, maintains timely trading data updates, and assists cash trading and logistics teams with contract execution and data entry. Requires knowledge of commodity trading and the sugar market, 2-3 years in Agri-commodities or sugar, strong sales and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree in economics, statistics, finance, international trade, marketing, or related fields
- 2-3 years of working experience in Agri-commodities trading or sugar preferred
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Familiar with daily contract execution operations
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of reporting and data analysis
