Job Summary
Accurately process and apply customer payments within the Accounts Receivable area, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Support daily bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and reporting activities while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and banks to resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records through strong attention to detail and analytical skills. This permanent on-site role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance and two years of related experience, with familiarity with Oracle or BOSS systems an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Technical, technologist, or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and bank reconciliation processes
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Employment type: Permanent contract directly with the company

- Two years Previous experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable roles
