Job Summary
Junior Buyer role at Cadillac Formula 1 Team focused on sourcing, purchasing and managing the supply-chain of components and materials. Responsible for raising purchase orders, expediting orders to ensure on-time delivery (race-critical components), supporting resolution of supply chain issues, coordinating urgent or last-minute requests during race events, and collaborating with a team of buyers, production delivery leads and engineers to understand requirements and support process development. Required Qualifications
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, buying, or supply chain
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/MRP purchasing systems
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborative team player eager to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
