Job Summary
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to assist in writing specifications for vendor changes or internal development, offering solution options based on analysis. Provide detailed use-cases and requirements for development work while coordinating and supporting end-user testing on upgrades, including script development and troubleshooting. Administer and configure digital channel systems according to organizational needs and change control requirements, manage vendor relationships including ticketing and SLAs, and generate reports for project support. Serve as a liaison for project rollout plans and track progress while developing a comprehensive understanding of credit union products and services to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in an applicable field AND minimum 1 year of work experience in a Lead-level role OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role
