Job Summary
Conduct process discovery workshops with functional areas to gather and structure information. Collaborate on documenting as-is and to-be processes at various levels while supporting process modelling using organizational standards like BPMN. Analyze data from different departments to understand operational mechanics and identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities. Assist in defining basic process elements including roles, activities, inputs, and outputs, then maintain all documentation in an updated, structured format. Work closely with business and IT teams on analysis and documentation activities under the supervision of senior analysts. This role offers practical training in process modelling and exposure to cross-functional projects within IE University's IT Department in Madrid.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or similar)
- English level B2+
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Fast learning capability
- Curiosity to understand processes and organisational operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with unstructured information
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Desired Qualifications
