Job Summary
Oversees business development and account management with banking, issuing, and wealth partners; supports scaling and operation of our Banking Infrastructure and responsibilities around cards, accounts, payments, and compliance; leads and coordinates projects with Operations, Product, Compliance and Finance; supports partner evaluations, negotiations and contract management; guides compliance, data protection, and regulatory initiatives with internal stakeholders; analyzes and optimizes processes for efficiency, scalability, and automation; drives cross-departmental initiatives and special operations.
Required Qualifications
- Studium in Wirtschaft, Finance, Management oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- erste Berufserfahrung in Operations, Customer Success, Banking, FinTech, Consulting, Product Management oder Projektmanagement
- Erfolgreich umgesetzte Projekte/Initiativen
- Fähigkeit, Themen team-übergreifend voranzutreiben
- proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Fintech und operativen Prozessen
- sichere Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend; Französisch von Vorteil
