Junior Business Development Specialist

Junior Business Development Specialist to support Montech Inc. HQ in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves external outreach/engagement opportunities, technical writing, responding to Sources Sought, RFIs/RFPs/solicitations, and a broad range of business development and office administration tasks. Responsibilities include conducting BD research using federal tools, reviewing RFP/RFQ requirements, compiling technical proposals, preparing reports and briefs, developing presentations, handling correspondence, supporting program-specific activities, coordinating meetings and calendars, managing office supplies, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders. Requires strong written and verbal communication, excellent MS Office and Adobe skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment, and the capacity to work independently with attention to detail. Part-time hours (16-20/week) with flexible scheduling, onsite at headquarters, and travel reimbursements per Federal Travel Regulations.
