Job Summary
Junior Business Development Executive in Lahore, Pakistan, responsible for guiding career changers into IT, Tech, and AI careers; consult, pitch, follow up, and enrol candidates into Fortray’s Job-Ready and Job-Guarantee programmes using a consultative, trust-based approach; engage with leads from UK-based and international clients, manage leads through CRM, and strive to meet monthly enrolment and revenue targets; collaborate with the team and participate in training to refine sales and advisory skills, scripts, and objections handling.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in career guidance, sales, or education consulting
- Excellent communication skills (English – spoken and written)
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and listening skills
- Confidence in speaking to international (UK-based) clients
- Sales-driven mindset with empathy and professionalism
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented
- Willing to work flexible hours
