Junior Business Consultant who will learn on the job by directly contributing to projects for top financial institutions (ABN AMRO, Aegon, SNS, Rabobank, PGGM, Triodos) and help digitalise complex processes in financial services. Involves brainstorming and concepting, business/data analysis, and further development, with guidance from mentors and a team of colleagues. Requires 0-2 years of experience and a nearly completed master’s degree (preferably in Business Information Management, Digital Business & Innovation or related field). Strong analytical abilities and communication skills in Dutch and English are needed, along with a clear interest in IT and finance. The role offers a salary of €3,000 and a mobility allowance, with options for remote work (hybrid) and a focus on growth, work-life balance, and professional development.
