Junior Business Banker

Provide high-quality customer service, gather information for loan applications, and manage the full loan origination process including underwriting, approval, and document review. Conduct on-site visits and collateral inspections, negotiate loan terms within guidelines, and resolve delinquent loans while analyzing cash flows. Generate new loan volume by soliciting relationships and refer customers for deposit accounts, while staying updated on economic conditions. Maintain the NMLS registry and represent the bank in community organizations. Flexibility required for meetings outside normal hours.
