Job Summary
Elicit, document, and manage business requirements (BRD/PRD) while analyzing data to generate insights and improvement opportunities. Bridge business needs with IT solutions, support UAT and implementation, and recommend process enhancements while monitoring project progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective tech-driven solutions for the Banking Sector client team in Chennai. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience, with proficiency in MS Office, JIRA/Trello, and Power BI/Tableau. Preferred candidates have finance or banking sector experience and certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in BCA, BE, MBA (Analytics), or related field
- 2–5 years in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA/Trello
Desired Qualifications
- Power BI/Tableau
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
