Job Summary
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and senior analysts to elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys. Create, maintain, and manage detailed user stories in Jira and Confluence, defining acceptance criteria and validating them against business expectations. Act as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and development teams to facilitate communication and ensure project goals are understood. Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing to validate system functionalities. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3 years as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on User Stories in ICT projects
- Proven, working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation
- Experience working in Agile environment for software development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience working with non-technical/business stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Information Technology)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a government agency, consulting firm or with large enterprise clients
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional or Certified ScrumMaster
- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0
