Job Summary
Conduct requirements elicitation and documentation while drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts. Maintain backlog items and requirements documentation, support meeting facilitation with notes and action tracking, and help prepare UAT scenarios and test data. Leverage AI-assisted tools for documentation and assist senior analysts across delivery activities. Work a hybrid schedule (4 days) in Reston, VA and client locations in the Washington D.C. area. This role supports the Product and delivery teams on a high-visibility federal program, growing analysis skills within a vibrant, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be willing to work a HYBRID Schedule (4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
- Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.
- Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement.
- Must be open to collaboration, feedback and client asks.
- Must enjoy working with a vibrant team of outgoing personalities.
- 1+ years of business analysis or related experience
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and user stories
Desired Qualifications
- Federal IT exposure
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence
- Interest in AI-assisted analysis tooling
