Job Summary
Junior Business Analyst to support program and project teams with project coordination, requirements gathering, data analysis, and documentation using PMBOK-aligned methodologies. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, and senior analysts to support project execution by tracking performance, documenting requirements, monitoring project financials, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Maintains project organization, ensures documentation accuracy, and supports communication across stakeholders. Develops dashboards and reports, maintains project documentation in Office 365 and PDF tools, and assists with standardized templates and procedures. Role offers exposure to federal IT environments and structured project management practices, with hybrid or remote work depending on contract requirements and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or IT support environments
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
- CAPM certification preferred but not required
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust or higher federal clearance if required by the contract
- Education: current college student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Business, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or related field
