Job Summary
Junior Business Analyst focused on supporting the European Commission initiatives in research and innovation data management. Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting business requirements, supporting business process analysis, contributing to methodologies for tracking research results, assisting in data integration activities (record linkage against authority tables, data validation), and participating in technical and functional meetings with stakeholders. The role emphasizes ensuring high-quality documentation and analysis, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two years of experience
- Basic understanding of relational databases
- Familiarity with requirement analysis in the R&I domain
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Proactive, eager to learn, and team-oriented
- Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
