Job Summary
Junior Business Analyst at Archtexx Consulting focusing on GenAI-enabled business analysis and digital transformation. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, defining GenAI use cases (document processing, workflow automation, decision support, process optimization), translating needs into process flows, use cases, and requirements specifications, and supporting implementation teams in SAP and non-SAP environments. The role involves facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders across business units, SAP teams, GenAI specialists, and IT delivery teams, and contributing to MVPs, prototypes, and rollout. The candidate will work in agile, hybrid, or classic project setups and help improve internal methods and best practices for GenAI- and automation-focused business analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or close to graduation)
- Internships/working student experience or first professional positions welcome
- Very good English skills (C1) or higher; additional languages a plus
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to break down complex topics into clear, structured solutions
- Ability to work in agile, hybrid, or classic project setups
- Willingness to contribute to GenAI-enabled solutions and digital transformation
- Experience with documenting requirements, process flows, use cases, and business cases
- Experience bridging between business units, SAP teams, GenAI specialists, and IT delivery teams
