Junior Bot Operations Specialist (6-month FTC)

Own day-to-day operations of business bots to ensure smooth performance and reliable outcomes. Monitor bot activity, triage, clarify, and prioritize incoming bot-related requests; maintain clear documentation of bot configurations, issues, changes, and guidelines; prepare Excel-based reports and trackers; share updates with stakeholders in English; drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring problems and proposing practical operational solutions; collaborate with international stakeholders to communicate status, risks, and next steps; this is a fixed-term role through year-end with a hybrid work model (three days a week in the Office in Warsaw, Poland).
