Job Summary
Junior Booking & Operations Coordinator at AUTO1 Albania HQ in Tirana: coordinate business travel (flights, hotels, trains, and related expenses), manage the educational budget (learning platforms, language courses, conferences, reimbursements), review and support relocation requests, control and approve team event budgets, monitor and reconcile corporate credit card payments, book meeting rooms and internal events, review invoices and assist with payment processing, and provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the organization. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, good communication, ability to work independently, proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and professional English (additional languages a plus); 40-hour workweek at the Tirana headquarters with in-person duties.
Required Qualifications
