Junior BIM Operator

Develop comprehensive 3D models from redlines and construction documents, creating and maintaining 2D installation drawings from those models. Perform model population including conduits, trays, equipment, fixtures, and supports while managing documentation through printing, review, and publishing processes. Execute quality control on models and drawings, use BIM 360 for file management and issue tracking, and perform clash detection and coordination reviews. Maintain project setup and folder structures per CEI standards and communicate within the team regarding deliverables and technical needs. This entry-level position requires basic computer skills and authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship is available.
