Job Summary
Junior Billing Analyst in a full-time role based in Markham, Ontario, operating in a hybrid work arrangement. Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of client invoices and backups, processing billing adjustments, delivering invoices via portals, following up on billings, liaising with other departments to obtain necessary paperwork, auditing supplier and third-party invoices, analyzing large data sets to ensure billing accuracy, interpreting client SOWs and contracts for billing requirements, reconciling copay and pass-through accounts, consolidating monthly freight invoices, and maintaining end-to-end state fee billing processes. Requires 2 years of billing experience in a Patient Support Program and 2-3 years of billing experience, strong Excel proficiency, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail. The anticipated base salary range is 45K to 55K annually, with competitive benefits and wellness programs. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of billing experience in a Patient Support Program
- 2-3 years of billing experience
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player and works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision - Quick learner / self starter
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- High degree of accuracy
