Job Summary
Assist with assembling and preparing new e-bikes, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, and perform routine maintenance and inspections on the fleet. Support senior mechanics with day-to-day workshop operations while completing repairs efficiently and following safety procedures. This trainee role includes paid training and mentorship from experienced mechanics, with a clear path to transition into a full Bike Mechanic position after the probation period. Flexible 8-hour shifts are available on weekdays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience repairing or maintaining bicycles
- Interest in developing a long-term career as a bike mechanic
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Availability on weekdays and weekends
