Manage the correct workflow on-site by issuing instructions to colleagues and trades, ensuring safe coordination of various operations. You are responsible for quality control, planning, and coordinating the construction site in close alignment with the project lead. Create documentation of the construction sequence (construction diary) and ensure proper acceptance of construction projects. This role requires a craft training or degree in construction engineering, with first-hand experience as a site manager in industrial, commercial, or residential construction being desirable. Fluency in German and knowledge of the VOB are essential, alongside strong cost awareness and negotiation skills.
