Job Summary
Manage the correct workflow on the construction site by issuing necessary instructions to colleagues and trades. Ensure safe coordination of various operations and oversee quality control, planning, and coordination in close alignment with the project manager. Document the construction schedule (Bautagebuch) and ensure proper acceptance of construction projects. This role requires a handcrafting education or a degree in construction, with experience in industrial, commercial, or residential construction preferred. Fluency in German and knowledge of the VOB are essential, alongside cost awareness and negotiation skills. Required Qualifications
