Job Summary
Diagnose vehicles according to appropriate certifications and perform repairs outlined on Multi-point Inspection and Repair Orders with efficiency. Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including store managers, service consultants, and customers. Recommend services to maintain vehicle running conditions while documenting all recommendations in customer files. Adhere to MAP guidelines and company standards, following safety procedures and reporting concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager. Maintain ASE certifications and renewals. Requires valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to work Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday- Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer a minimum of one unexpired ASE or equivalent experience or training
