Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service experience and apply automotive knowledge to recommend aftermarket parts and accessories. Collaborate with store staff, region, and organization to source, order and deliver the right solutions for customers; expand automotive knowledge through hands-on experience; perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to support the team. Candidates typically have 0-2 years of automotive and/or sales experience or be enrolled in an automotive program; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Must be prepared to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to a diverse, inclusive team.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred
- currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to interact with customers in person and over the phone
- basic automotive knowledge is an asset
- ability to lift items up to 50lbs
