Job Summary
Identify opportunities to improve productivity across departments using AI tools and automation platforms. Implement AI-driven workflows to reduce manual tasks and streamline processes for sales, marketing, and administration. Build internal automation systems for data processing, document creation, and reporting, including lead generation, contact enrichment, and outreach workflows. Design and refine prompts to optimise AI outputs, while training team members on effective AI usage. Research and deploy emerging AI solutions relevant to financial services and capital raising businesses.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- Recognised certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Prompt Engineering
- AI / Machine Learning certifications
- Prompt engineering courses
- Automation platform certifications (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT / Claude / LLM platforms / OpenClaw
- AI productivity tools
- Workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong digital problem-solving ability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Python, APIs, or scripting for automation
- Experience integrating AI tools into business workflows
- Familiarity with sales automation or marketing technology
- Understanding of financial services or investment businesses
