Job Summary
Prep vehicles for cosmetic paintwork by sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing in high-tech Inspection Centers. Perform tasks including prime vehicles, final sanding, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrushing as needed. Work Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm, with potential mandatory overtime on weekdays or Saturdays based on business needs. Lift up to 60 pounds independently and operate vehicle equipment and tools safely. Join a team dedicated to delivering great vehicles when expected, ensuring cars are inspected, perfected, and photographed before reaching customers.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience
- ASE and tool reimbursement programs
- Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm and may be subject to overtime on weekdays or Saturdays

- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid driver's license
- Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check
