Junior Associate - Technology

Observe senior team members to build technical and client service acumen while learning company protocols and industry standards. Gather project information and photos for marketing, then maintain Deltek Vantagepoint daily to log opportunity progress, client details, and resource planning. Perform site surveys, assemble follow-up reports, and prepare reviews of applicable codes to support design and compliance. Become proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management platforms like Procore and Bluebeam. Create and distribute progress reports to senior leadership, assist with calculations and computer models, and maintain electronic files of project data and manufacturer catalogs. Report directly to the Studio Head with a focus on IT and security initiatives.
