Job Summary
Assist in the configuration and customization of various ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements and support project implementation and enhancements. Collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, while participating in testing, validation, and end-user incident resolution. Create and maintain documentation including functional specifications and user manuals, and participate in training sessions. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of ServiceNow experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow processes and functionality
- Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
