Job Summary
Junior Associate, Product Service & Training leads and supports after-sales service operations and product training activities for Harman Consumer Audio products. Responsibilities include coordinating with 3rd party service centers, handling customer issue escalation, managing RMA and service logistics, driving VOC and customer support, planning and delivering product and installation training for sales staff and promoters, developing training materials, performing data-driven analysis of service quality, and communicating with Samsung and APAC stakeholders to drive service quality improvements. Proficiency in Bluetooth/Wi‐Fi networking, data analysis tools, and written/spoken communication in Korean and English are desirable; travel domestically for training and service support and working at the Gangnam, Seoul office are expected.
