Job Summary
Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence. Conduct legal research, develop case strategies, and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and experts while collaborating with senior attorneys and support staff to maximize case outcomes. Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines. This full-time, on-site role in Atlanta, Georgia requires a licensed attorney with at least one year of civil litigation experience. Earn productivity bonuses and origination credit alongside a base salary of $100,000 to $105,000.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
- 1+ year of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow as a litigator
