Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence; conducting legal research; assisting with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation; reviewing records; coordinating materials with internal team and experts; managing deadlines and maintaining organized case files.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of plaintiff injury litigation experience
- Active Georgia Bar membership or eligibility for prompt admission
- Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
- Professionalism and discretion with sensitive subject matter
- Ability to work closely with a partner in a fast-paced environment
