Job Summary
Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel. Train team members on sales techniques and product features, provide warm customer service, and coordinate store activities to ensure smooth operations. Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports, open and close the store, and manage team absences or lateness. Create an inviting store environment based on planograms, maintain visual displays, and recruit new employees to build a high-performance team.
