Job Summary
Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel. Train team members on best sales techniques and product features, provide warm welcomes, answer customer questions, and coordinate store activities to ensure outstanding service. Mobilize the team to foster a positive environment, recruit and train new employees, and manage absences. Create an attractive store based on planograms, reflect brand image, plan incoming orders, and maintain visual displays and cleanliness. Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports, open and close the store, and apply head office policies. Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
Required Qualifications
- previous team management experience in a retail environment
- functionally bilingual
- open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods
