Job Summary
Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel. Train team members on sales techniques and product features, provide warm welcomes, and coordinate store activities to ensure outstanding customer service. Mobilize your team to foster excellence, recruit and train new employees, and manage absences. Create an inviting store environment based on planograms, analyze sales and traffic reports, open and close the store, and apply head office policies.
