Job Summary
Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating the team to excel. Train team members on sales techniques and product features, coordinate store activities, and ensure outstanding customer service. Mobilize the team to foster a positive environment, recruit and train new employees, and manage absences. Create an inviting store based on planograms, reflect the brand image, and maintain visual displays and cleanliness. Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports, open and close the store, and apply head office policies.
