Job Summary
Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel. Train team members on sales techniques and product features, coordinate store activities, and ensure outstanding customer service. Mobilize the team to foster a positive work environment, recruit and train new employees, and manage absences. Create an inviting store based on planograms, maintain visual displays, and analyze sales and productivity reports. Open and close the store while applying head office policies.
Required Qualifications
- previous team management experience in a retail environment
- functionally bilingual
- open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods
