Job Summary
Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel. Train team members on sales techniques and product features, while providing warm welcomes and answering customer questions. Coordinate store activities, analyze sales and traffic reports, and share results with the team. Mobilize staff to foster a positive environment, recruit and train new employees, and manage absences. Open and close the store, maintain visual displays based on planograms, and ensure the store and backstore remain clean. Respect head office policies and perform other duties as needed. Full-time, permanent role with flexible hours and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- previous team management experience in a retail environment
- functionally bilingual
- open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods
