Job Summary
Junior Assistant Manager in a La Vie en Rose retail environment; support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining standards, and motivating the team. Responsibilities include training and developing a high-performance team, recruiting and preparing candidates, scheduling and managing absences, delivering strong customer service and product knowledge, coordinating store activities, planning orders, maintaining visual displays and store cleanliness, analyzing sales and traffic reports, opening/closing the store, and adhering to head office policies. Requires retail-management experience, leadership, goal-oriented mindset, proactive and conscientious attitude, and willingness to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods. Functional bilingualism is an asset. The role is permanent, full-time at the Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC location, with hourly pay and benefits; remote work is not indicated for this posting.
