Job Summary
As a Junior Assistant Manager, you will support and help develop a high-performing store team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. You will train and motivate staff, coordinate store activities, and assist with human resources tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and attendance management. You will oversee merchandising and visual presentation, ensure store standards are upheld, and participate in opening/closing procedures. You will analyze sales, traffic, and productivity data, communicate results with the team, and contribute to policy adherence and cross-functional collaboration to drive store performance and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Previous team management experience in a retail environment
