Job Summary
As a member of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining our company standards and motivating your team to excel. Training your team in customer support and sales techniques, coordinating store activities, ensuring outstanding service, and leading recruitment, training, and development of staff across HR, marketing, visual presentation, and administration. You will open and close the store, analyze sales data, and ensure store policies are followed while contributing to a positive work environment. This permanent, full-time role offers hourly pay of 19.75–21.50 USD, health/benefits, vacation days, and opportunities for advancement.
