Job Summary
As a Junior Assistant Manager at La Vie en Rose (retail stores), you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals while maintaining brand standards and motivating your team. You will train and lead team members in customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and store presentation; coordinate store activities; ensure smooth operations; help recruit, train, and manage attendance; participate in merchandising, planograms, visual displays, and housekeeping; analyze sales and traffic data to drive performance; open and close the store and uphold policies. This role emphasizes leadership, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration across departments, with a focus on creating a welcoming customer experience and fostering a high-performance team. Bilingual ability is an asset; willingness to work holidays and longer hours during peak periods is expected.
