JUNIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER

As a JUNIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER, you will support store management in achieving sales goals, training and motivating the team, and overseeing daily store operations across retail functions including sales, HR, marketing/visual presentation, and administration. You will lead customer-facing activities, coordinate store tasks, recruit and train team members, manage attendance and performance, maintain brand standards, analyze sales and traffic data, open/close the store, and ensure policies are followed while contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment in a permanent full-time role. The position is based in SEPT-ILES, QC with in-person work, and pays hourly.
