Manages human resources tasks (recruitment, training, attendance), optimizes visual presentation and planograms, analyzes sales and traffic data, opens/closes the store, and upholds policies across departments. Includes opportunities for advancement, flexible hours, and potential for bonuses; assumes in-store leadership duties during busy periods and holidays.
