Job Summary
Support the assistant manager and store manager to lead a sales team in a lingerie/swimwear retailer. Train and motivate staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales while ensuring brand standards. Manage HR-related activities, recruit and develop team members, coordinate marketing/visual presentation, and maintain store operations, planograms, and cleanliness. Analyze sales performance, open and close the store, enforce policies, and communicate effectively with customers and the team. Seeking a proactive, sociable leader with strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of handling holidaypeaks and longer hours. Bilingual ability is an asset.
