Job Summary
As a Junior Assistant Manager at La Vie en Rose in Saskatoon, you will support the assistant manager and store manager, lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals, coordinate store activities, train and develop staff, recruit and prepare new employees, manage HR duties like absences, and maintain brand standards through merchandising and visual presentation. You will train team members on product features, ensure excellent customer service, analyze sales and store performance, and uphold store policies while adapting to peak periods. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, ownership of store operations, open/close duties, and a customer-focused environment with opportunities for advancement. Bilingual ability is an asset, and flexibility for holidays and extended hours is favored.

- Previous team management experience in a retail environment
