Job Summary
Manage pricing accuracy and promotional updates by maintaining Aptos simulations, communicating RTV processes to store teams, and resolving ticket-order discrepancies with vendors and Fineline. Coordinate purchase orders, pre-ticketing requests, and sample returns while updating departmental logs, Vendor Contact Master Logs, and Product Development agreements. Serve as the operational hub between Buying, Distribution Center, Store Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless vendor communication and compliance adherence. Submit markdown reports, assist with new vendor setup, and support continuous improvement initiatives across pricing and promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
- Strong research, organization, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including identifying issues and following established procedures to resolve them.
- Developing critical-thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to apply sound reasoning and logic to routine business challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious and eager to learn, develop new skills, and continuously improve.
- Ability to walk short distances.
- Must have the ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a small amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Adequate movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
