Job Summary
Analyst role based in Western Canada focusing on property inspections, data analysis, and defensible valuation reports. Responsibilities include on-site site inspections to collect measurements and photographs, research and analysis to develop solid value estimates, and assisting in preparing Appraisal Reports and Insurance Appraisals. Alternate between fieldwork and office tasks, gaining exposure to Multi-residential, commercial, municipal, and educational properties. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail needed; travel up to 30-40% within home province with occasional national travel. Must reside in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, or British Columbia and have a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes collaborative teamwork and ongoing training and development.
