Junior Application Manager

Support administration of the testing tool landscape including user and role management, project setup and basic configuration; handle tool access requests and ensure security and data protection; provide 1st- and 2nd-level technical support to test managers, the Test Factory and business testers; maintain tool documentation, user guides and training materials; assist with tool integration monitoring and ensure connections between test management, ITSM, reporting and other enterprise platforms function reliably; maintain project structures, folder configurations and templates within the tools; support licence management and access compliance tracking; collaborate with infrastructure teams on environment provisioning and basic maintenance tasks; promotes an international team culture with world-wide colleagues, focuses on high-quality, stable solutions and ongoing learning.
